The clinic is located above the KBXtreme Bowling Alley in the Lanihau Shopping Center off of Palani Road in downtown Kailua-Kona.

From Palani Road, turn into the plaza where the First Hawaiian Bank, IHOP and Longs Drugs is (across the street from the KTA parking lot entrance).

Drive straight to the far end of the plaza (you should pass Supercuts hair salon on your right).

Turn left and drive straight through the parking lot and behind Daylight Mind Café. You will see a large sign for the Lanihau Professional Center and Frame 10 Building. Park anywhere.

Stairs and elevator are accessible at the front entrance to the bowling alley. The clinic is located on the second floor in suite #201.
